In the case of reports of neglect to a child or elder, or threats of harm to self or others, the coach will take necessary actions, as required, and the aforementioned confidentiality agreement will be affected. Additionally, if the coach is instructed to by a court of law to provide information or testify she will do so at the extent of the law.
